🗺️ Navigating the League Arena Menu
The main menu of League Arena gives you a snapshot of your current progress:
- Current league and rank
- Remaining attack attempts
- Access to the Shop, Leagues, and more
- Special highlights like Heroes of the Week and Today’s Elimination
Before diving into a battle, you’ll want to set up your defense team, then press “To the Arena” to begin challenging other players.
🥊 League Arena Battles Explained
To participate in battles, you need League Arena attack attempts, which are visible in the top-right corner of the menu. You start with 5 attempts daily, and they reset at 2:00 AM UTC.
Need more? You can get:
- 5 extra attempts using emeralds (cost increases per purchase)
- 1 attempt daily using 500 Friendship Chips
Pro Tip: You can stack more than five attempts at a time if you buy ahead.
Battles are fought in real-time and last 2 minutes. Unlike the old Arena, you can manually control your heroes. Skipping a battle runs it in Auto mode, so take advantage of manual play when strategy matters most.
🧠 Offense, Defense & Ranking Points
Your performance in battle affects your ranking points — the key to climbing up the leagues.
Offense:
- Win: Gain ranking points + League Arena Coins
- Lose: No point loss, but you still earn League Arena Coins
Defense:
- Lose: Lose ranking points
- Win: No reward, but you prevent your opponent from gaining rank
Ranking changes depend on the outcome and the current leagues of both players involved.
📈 League Structure and Progression
To view your league status, tap the banner in the center of the main screen.
Leagues are divided into tiers:
Bronze → Silver → Gold → Challenger
Each has several divisions with specific rank thresholds and seasonal rewards. Reaching a new division unlocks better rewards, and your final position at the end of the season determines your Seasonal Chest.
In the main League Arena menu, you can see all the information about the current League Arena Season:
you battle opponents to earn points, climb the ranks, and unlock valuable rewards.
First, make sure you have set your defense team in advance.
Then press To the Arena to find an opponent, gather an attack team, and start a fight. If you do not want to battle the suggested opponent, press Replace:
You can assemble three attacking teams and choose the best one for each opponent to gain a tactical edge.
Battles
number of your attempts in the top-right corner of the main menu:
If you have fewer than five attempts, they will reset daily at 2:00 AM UTC. Need more attempts? Press the plus icon next to the attempts to get five of them using emeralds or one attempt for 500 Friendship Chips:
Each purchase adds attempts to your existing count, meaning you can stack up more than five at a time.
The cost of purchasing additional attempts with emeralds increases with each purchase.
Note: You can buy one attempt with Friendship Chips only once a day. The day resets at 2:00 AM UTC.
Battles in League Arena last two minutes, just like in the Campaign. If both teams are still alive at the end of the battle, the defense team wins.
Unlike in the original Arena, the battles in League Arena are not automatic, so you can control your heroes manually. If you skip the fight, it will be finished in Auto mode.
After the battle, you do not have to wait and can initiate the next battle immediately.
League Arena Shop
You earn League Arena Coins for battles in offense, whether you win or lose. You can spend these Coins at the League Arena Shop.
Battle Results and Ranking
The rewards you receive after a battle depend on both the type of battle (offense or defense) and its outcome.
In offense:
When you win a battle in offense, you get ranking points, among other rewards.
When you lose a battle, your ranking does not change. However, you still receive League Arena Coins as a reward.
In defense:
- You lose ranking points if the battle ends in defeat.
- There is no reward for winning in defense.
The number of ranking points you receive or lose after a battle depends on the outcome of the battle and the current leagues of participants.
