The whirlwind launched by Fetters of the Wind multiplies the damage area of all Explosive Spheres by 2 and activates them.
Kai Lesser Explosive Sphere
After an Explosive Sphere detonates, a Lesser Explosive Sphere is attached to the enemy that deals 21,674 damage for the duration of 8s and 27,174 damage on explosion.
