Best Faceless Team – Hero Brawls Guide

The Hero Brawls event has returned, and this time the locked hero is none other than Faceless. Known for his unique ability to copy ally or enemy skills, Faceless offers flexible strategies and surprising combos. In this guide, we’ll walk through three powerful team compositions to help you succeed in this exciting Hero Wars event.

Before we dive into team builds, here’s a quick request for the community: If you encounter a team during the Brawls that you struggled to defeat, share it in the comments below. Your experience could help others avoid the same mistake and adapt their strategy accordingly. Let’s work together to make this event a success for everyone.

Best Faceless Team Brawl

Team Composition: Faceless (Merlin), Aurora (Cain), Orion (Khorus), Augustus (Biscuit), Dorian (Axel) | Team Pet: Khorus

This is the primary lineup you should use in 90% of your battles. Aurora and Orion work well to deliver both defense and heavy magic damage, while Faceless supports by copying powerful skills. Dorian provides consistent healing, and Augustus acts as your key damage-dealer and debuffer, especially when paired with Biscuit to counter Sebastian. If the enemy team lacks Sebastian, you can switch Augustus’ pet to Albus for greater damage.

Use Khorus or Axel on Orion depending on your opponent’s lineup. Since War Flags are not active during Brawls, Aurora’s effectiveness is slightly reduced, making Orion more vulnerable without extra support.

Countering Orion/Augustus Teams

Adjusted Team Composition: Faceless, Isaac (Mara), Sebastian (Fenris or Albus), Orion, Augustus

When facing a team with Orion and Augustus, it’s important to bring Isaac and Sebastian into the battle. Isaac helps control and eliminate enemy Orion’s magic damage, while Sebastian provides immunity against debuffs and disables. Keep Augustus with Biscuit to counter enemy Sebastian’s shield and prevent healing.

This setup helps you gain control of the match early and avoid getting overrun by magic damage bursts.

Countering Isaac + Sebastian Teams

Adjusted Team Composition: Aurora, Faceless, Heidi (Axel), Augustus, Dorian

When facing both Isaac and Sebastian, Orion becomes a liability due to Isaac’s ability to absorb and counter magic. Swap him for Heidi to maintain strong magic output without feeding energy to the enemy. Axel supports Heidi’s survivability, while Augustus and Dorian continue playing their roles as damage dealer and healer.

Facing Rufus Teams

Against Rufus, Dorian must be removed and replaced with Morrigan. Rufus cannot be countered with pure damage or magic alone due to his resurrection and damage immunity mechanics. Morrigan is the safest and most consistent choice here. She prevents Rufus from reviving and helps deal with undead mechanics. Though this leaves the team without a dedicated healer, it’s a necessary trade-off.

Additional Notes Best Faceless Team

One weakness across these variations is the vulnerability to control-based teams, such as those using Arachne or Jorgen. Without Sebastian in certain lineups, you may struggle with energy manipulation and stuns. Be cautious in these matchups and consider bringing Sebastian when necessary.

With the right strategy and adjustments, you’ll be able to dominate the Faceless Brawls event. These team setups give you flexibility to deal with different enemy compositions while maximizing Faceless’s potential.

If you’ve faced any tricky opponents or discovered a particularly strong counter, share it with the community in the comments. Collaboration is key to success in events like these.

Good luck in the Brawls, and may your strategy lead you to victory!
