Green Ascension: Healing Smart Arrow

Smart Arrow bounces 2 more times, then returns to Artemis, healing her by 33 (33%) of damage dealt.

Creates a flash of light that deals damage to all enemies caught in it and blinds them for 3 seconds. Damage: 10,333 (10% Physical attack + 5 * Level + 100) Chance to blind lowered if the target’s level is higher than 130 Cooldown: 20.5 seconds
