Hero Wars Damage Types
Heroes and pets can deal damage of three types: physical, magic, and pure. Make sure to check the damage type a character deals to make them even more effective!
Note: Titans always deal physical damage.
Physical Damage
Damage Per Shot: 13467 (10% Phys. Atk. + 2600)
Physical damage is displayed in red in skill descriptions.
In battles, it appears in orange.
Armor decreases incoming physical damage.
Note: All heroes deal physical damage with basic attacks except Celeste, Satori, and Augustus.
Once Celeste's Zenith skill is unlocked, she starts dealing magic damage with her basic attacks while in the Dark Form.
Satori's basic attacks deal magic damage thanks to his first skill, Ravenous Pack.
Augustus' basic attacks deal magic damage when you unlock his skill Path of Least Resistance.
Magic Damage
Launches an electrical charge hitting each enemy one by one. Damage Per Target: 50724 (35% Mag. Atk. +6500)
In battles, it also appears in purple.
Magic defense decreases incoming magic damage.
Pure Damage
Pure Damage is displayed in green in skill descriptions.
Deals damage to the nearest enemy based on their current health. Damage: 21% of the target’s current health Max 228519 (25% Phys. Atk. +206000)
In battles, it appears in gray.
Pure damage cannot be reduced in any way.
Note: The green numbers in skill descriptions can indicate either pure damage or other effects such as healing, stat boosts, etc.
