Frequently Asked Questions

All characters are unique. There’s no one-size-fits-all team — each battle calls for a specific strategy and team composition. A well-selected team can even win against stronger enemies.

Tip: Experiment with different heroes based on your opponent. Need help building better teams? Visit the Combat section!

If your hero isn’t in the promotion list, they’re not yet eligible — usually because their level is too low to equip required gear.

  • Go to Heroes in the main menu.
  • Select your hero.
  • Look at the gear items on the right — items further to the right require higher levels.

Level up your hero to access the Gift of Dominion promotion.

To receive your daily Arena reward:

  • You must attack at least once in Arena or Grand Arena before 8:00 PM (your in-game time).
  • Defensive wins don’t count.

You can check your in-game time zone by clicking your avatar in the upper-left corner.

You receive 10 Coins per successful defense, up to:

  • 50 Arena Coins/day
  • 50 Grand Arena Coins/day

Coins are sent to your in-game mailbox. Additional defenses after the daily cap aren’t rewarded.

Arena uses two matchmaking ranges:

  • Visible Range: What you see in the opponent list.
  • Hidden Range: A larger range that prevents opponents from disappearing while you’re selecting heroes.

If an opponent changes rank while you’re preparing an attack, you may still face them — unless they move out of both ranges.

Titans revive when the Dungeon resets at 5:00 AM (in-game time). If they’re still down:

  • You’ve already entered the Dungeon today
  • Or your time zone recently changed

Note: Using Divination Cards still causes Titan damage.

Items can’t vanish — every action is validated by game servers. If something’s gone, it was either:

  • Used
  • Exchanged
  • Or never acquired

Example: Golden Threads are consumed during Ultimate upgrades — even if the upgrade fails.

Check these possibilities:

  • Equipped: Another hero auto-equipped it.
  • Sold/Exchanged: It may have been sold for gold or exchanged for Guild activity points.
  • Crafted: It might’ve been used to make a higher-tier item.

Check your gear history or crafting tree.

Letters expire after 3 days, including their contents. The expiration date is shown at the bottom of each letter.

Important: Claim all rewards quickly — expired rewards can’t be recovered by Support.

To report offensive behavior, nicknames, fraud, or abuse:

  1. Inappropriate Chat Behavior

  • Take a screenshot.
  • Include the player ID and describe the situation.
  • Optionally, block the user by clicking their name and choosing Add to Blacklist.
  1. Offensive Nicknames

    • Provide the player’s ID.

  2. Other Violations (e.g., cheating, fraud)

  • Include the violator’s ID.
  • Provide screenshots and details.

Submit all reports to the Support Team.

If you spend emeralds at the Altar of the Elements and don’t get a totem fragment, the system guarantees one after specific thresholds.

Guaranteed Totem Fragment Thresholds:

  • 1st: 4,500 emeralds

  • 2nd: 45,000

  • 3rd: 466,667

  • 4th: 850,000

  • 30th: 8,433,329 emeralds

Note: Progress only counts if you don’t receive a fragment earlier. Totem drops outside the Altar don’t affect this.

Tower difficulty scales with your team level (shown under your avatar).

If your heroes are underleveled compared to your team level, clearing the Tower will be harder.

If a hero/pet is grayed out, they’re below level 15, which is the minimum level for Tower participation.

Raiding missions grants EXP Potions, not direct experience.

Use these potions to manually level up heroes via your Inventory.

You can leave at any time via the Log:

  • Click Log (bottom-left corner of screen).
  • Select Leave Adventure.

Note: Once a player leaves, their spot cannot be filled.

You can:

  • Exchange Gold → Silver
  • Exchange Silver → Bronze

Reverse exchanges are not allowed. Go to the Guild War Shop to make exchanges.

Cleaver is a rare 6-star hero with a guaranteed drop after 350 summons in the Soul Atrium — but you may get him earlier by luck.

Once you acquire Cleaver, he’s replaced as the grand prize with 50,000 Soul Coins

Daily login bonuses reset at the start of each new calendar month. You’ll begin collecting rewards from Day 1 again.

Guild Wars happen Monday–Friday.

Saturday: Transitional matches occur:

  • Top guilds from each league (except Gold) face bottom guilds from higher leagues for promotion.

You may have no match on Saturday if:

  • Your guild ranked mid-league.
  • The opposing guild was disbanded (you’ll auto-promote).
