How to Change a Guild Master

There are two ways to change the Guild Master in your guild:

1. Automatic Transfer Due to Inactivity

If the Guild Master does not log in for 30 consecutive days, the game automatically transfers the title to the most active member with the highest rank.

The 30-day inactivity timer resets if the Guild Master logs in before the period ends.

2. Manual Transfer

The current Guild Master can manually assign the title to another member at any time.
To do this, they must be active in the game and choose the new Guild Master from the member list.

Tip: If the Guild Master is still active but unresponsive, consider reaching out to them via in-game chat or other communication platforms to request a title transfer.

Penalties for Leaving a Guild

Leaving or switching Guilds in Hero Wars comes with time-based restrictions and penalties.
Here’s what you need to know:

⏳ Waiting Period

After leaving a Guild, you must wait 8 hours before joining a new one.
You can skip this wait by spending 25 emeralds.

Guild Switching Limits

You may switch Guilds up to 3 times within 7 days.
On attempting to join a 4th Guild within the same week, you will see this message:
“You have changed Guilds too often.”

⚠️ Consequences:

A 7-day ban on joining any Guild will be applied.

If you trigger this 3 times in one month, you will receive a 30-day restriction on joining Guilds.

Impact on Cooperative Game Modes

Changing your Guild affects your participation in certain Guild-exclusive modes:

Guild War

If the new Guild is in the Gold League, you cannot become a Champion until the current Guild War week ends.

Clash of Worlds

If your Guild is involved in an ongoing battle:

You cannot fight in the current battle after switching Guilds.
However, if you return to the same Guild during the ongoing battle, no penalty is applied and you can participate.

🌀Asgard Raids

You cannot participate in Asgard’s Guild Raid for the rest of the current week.
