Hero Wars Hero Power

Hero Power

Hero Power serves as a general indicator of how much you’ve enhanced a character — essentially, it reflects the resources you've funneled into them. However, it does not measure a hero’s actual performance in combat, since it ignores skill interactions, synergy potential, and elements of randomness. You can find a hero’s current Power displayed in the bottom-right corner of their profile window:

You can also check your Total Hero Power. To access it, click the Heroes button:

It’s located at the top of the screen:

This value reflects the highest total power your heroes have ever attained on this account.
It doesn’t reflect your heroes’ current combined power.
Note: Total Hero Power is permanently cumulative. Even if you reset Gift of the Elements, the total won’t drop,
because the system preserves the peak value you’ve ever reached.

Since Hero Power only reveals how upgraded a hero is, keep the following in mind during battles:

  • A team with higher Power isn’t always unbeatable. Victory often comes down to crafting a well-matched counter-team that exploits your opponent’s vulnerabilities. You can explore how lower-power teams can overcome stronger ones [here].
  • The reverse is also true. A team with seemingly low Power may still be highly effective due to the synergy between two or three heroes, making them tougher than expected.

In short, don’t rely solely on Power numbers when assembling your squad. Hero Wars: Dominion Era is a game of tactics over raw stats. Your team’s structure — and your ability to strategically outplay opponents — matters far more than just upgrade levels.
