This Ascendant Glory Final Guide brings our three-part event series to a close, tying together everything we’ve covered so far into one clear Free-to-Play plan. If you’ve already watched our breakdowns of Rising Legend and Trial of Legends, this is where all those numbers finally connect through Sparks of Glory. Today we’ll calculate exactly what a realistic Free-to-Play run earns, and then answer the question that actually matters: where should all those Ascension Crests go?

Just like in our previous videos, this analysis is built entirely from a Free-to-Play perspective. Players with extra resources can obviously push further, complete more tasks, and earn more Shop Coins, so that choice is always yours. Our goal here is simply to establish a realistic reference point without assuming everyone has huge amounts of resources to burn.

What Sparks of Glory Pulls Together

Sparks of Glory is the piece that unifies the whole event, because it combines Log In, Secrets of Outland, Trial of Legends, and Rising Legends progression into a single reward track. Understanding how those four pieces feed into it is the key to planning your Free-to-Play run properly.

Log In is the simplest of the group. You just log in throughout the seven-day event and collect the rewards as they unlock. Secrets of Outland, meanwhile, asks you to open Outland Chests. Normally Outland is one of the better places to spend Emeralds, especially when discounts appear, but because opening Outland Chests wasn’t part of the progression we calculated for Rising Legend or Trial of Legends, we’re not adding any Outland Chest spending to this Free-to-Play total. If you decide to open them anyway, you’ll naturally progress further and earn more, which simply stacks on top of the baseline we’re using.

The Free-to-Play Progression Targets

Here’s where our previous two videos connect directly to Sparks of Glory. For Rising Legend, our Free-to-Play recommendation was to target 240 completed tasks. Beyond all the resources earned along the way, reaching that point also rewards you with Kendle’s Angel Skin. Considering how strong Kendle currently is, that’s a genuinely nice bonus to pick up while progressing.

For Trial of Legends, our recommended Free-to-Play target was 50 completed tasks. Once again, an additional Kendle reward is waiting for you here in the form of her Blazing Skin. So through the progression we’ve already recommended across these events, you’re not only collecting event resources; you’re also walking away with two useful skins for one of the game’s best heroes right now.

Ascendant Glory Final Guide: Your Total Free-to-Play Haul

Now let’s put all of the numbers together. If you followed our approach for Rising Legend and Trial of Legends and completed the progression discussed above, our calculations bring the grand total to the figures below. For a Free-to-Play run, that is honestly a very solid haul.

With those 332,000 Ascension Crests in hand, the fun part begins. This is where your own roster becomes extremely important, because the right purchase for one account can be completely wrong for another.

Should You Buy Peech’s Singularity Skin?

Let’s start with Peech. If you actively use her, the new Singularity base Skin is a very interesting option. When fully developed, it provides an additional 11,000 Armor Penetration, and as we discussed in our Singularity Skin analysis, Armor Penetration is an extremely welcome stat for Peech. She already produces significant damage, so this simply gives her another way to push physical damage straight through enemy Armor.

The important number here is 90,000 Ascension Crests, which is the cost of Peech’s base Singularity Skin. Starting from our Free-to-Play reference of 332,000 Crests and grabbing that skin still leaves you with 242,000 Crests to spend elsewhere. That’s a very comfortable position, because 242,000 Crests gives you plenty of room to invest in Relic Shards or other progression from the Event Shop.

The Super Skin, however, sits at a completely different level of investment. It costs 300,000 Ascension Crests on top of the base skin, which means our 332,000 Free-to-Play reference simply isn’t enough to obtain both. So for players using Peech, the decision can be refreshingly simple: take the base skin for 90,000 Crests, then decide how to spend the remaining 242,000.

What If You Skip Peech’s Skin?

This possibility matters just as much, because Peech simply isn’t on every roster. If you decide against her skin, you don’t lose those 90,000 Crests at all. Instead, the complete 332,000 Ascension Crests stay available for the Event Shop, which gives you an enormous amount of flexibility.

When Peech isn’t part of your lineup, pouring those Crests directly into Relic Shards for heroes you actually field often delivers far more immediate value. Whether that means Kendle, Drayne, Miu, or Somna depends entirely on your account. The key point is that Peech’s skin is an option we’re presenting, not something automatically baked into everybody’s 332,000 Crests.

The Best Relic Shards to Target

Relic Shards are where things become particularly interesting. Our personal favorites this month are Kendle and Drayne, while Miu and Somna are also strong options, especially if you’re still working toward unlocking their Relics. Of that group, Kendle currently has a very powerful presence, so if she’s important to your roster, her Relic Shards absolutely deserve serious consideration.

That said, don’t automatically copy our picks. Look at which Relics you already have unlocked, how many Shards you currently own, and — most importantly — which of these heroes you genuinely use. Your account should decide where those remaining Crests go, whether that’s a single hero or a split across several close-to-completion upgrades.

Skin Stones and Gear: Filling the Gaps

If you still have Ascension Crests left after your main purchases, Skin Stones become another useful target. Whenever possible, buy the specific Skin Stone color you actually need rather than the generic chests, because the direct stones provide noticeably better value.

You can also spend leftover currency on Gear if that’s what your account specifically requires. Generally, though, we view Relic Shards and Skin Stones as much stronger long-term progression than Gear pulled from this type of shop, so we’d only recommend Gear when you have a very targeted need.

Two Clear Paths to Finish the Event

And that wraps up our full Ascendant Glory coverage. Across these videos, we’ve tried to do something a little different from simply showing the maximum possible rewards. By looking at Rising Legend, Trial of Legends, and now Sparks of Glory through a realistic Free-to-Play lens, we’ve kept the door wide open for players who want to push further while still giving everyone a dependable baseline.

If you followed our approach, you’re looking at 332,000 Ascension Crests, 54,450 Adventure Coins, and 1,620 Season Pass Trophies, plus the Kendle Angel and Blazing Skins from task progression. When you reach the Event Shop, keep those two paths in mind. Take Peech’s base Singularity Skin for 90,000 Crests and you’ll have 242,000 left to invest, or skip it entirely and keep the full 332,000 for Relic Shards, Skin Stones, or whatever your account needs most.
