Peech’s Relics Analysis | Hero Wars Alliance
Peech’s Relics Analysis is finally here, and thanks to early access from the CMS team ahead of Monday’s official release, we’ve had the entire weekend to study what these four Legendary Relics actually bring to the stage. In this Peech’s Relics Analysis, we break down what each Relic does, where its value comes from, and how all four pieces are designed to work together, so you understand the full picture before spending a single resource.
The Design Behind Peech’s Relics
What stands out immediately is that these are not four random upgrades. Instead, they connect to one another, with each Relic building on the last, and even their names tell a single story: Tragic Finale, then Harlequin’s Punishment, followed by The Final Act, and finally Show Must Go On. This is Peech’s circus, so take your seat, because the curtain is opening on the first act.
Here is how the progression is laid out across the four Legendary Relic levels:
Tragic Finale – Legendary Relic Level 1
The first act does not improve an existing ability at all. Instead, it hands Peech a completely new skill called Tragic Finale. Every 15 seconds, this effect is applied to enemies weakened by Harlequin’s Punishment, and once it lands, it lasts for 8 seconds while dealing Physical Damage over Time. At the values currently being tested, that works out to 20,604 Physical Damage every 2 seconds, or 82,416 Physical Damage across the full 8-second duration.
There is, however, one important detail. If no enemies are weakened by Harlequin’s Punishment when Tragic Finale activates, the effect is not wasted. Instead, it is applied to the center enemy. So even at Relic Level 1, Peech gains another reliable source of Physical Damage. Remember that name, though, because we come back to Tragic Finale at the very end.
Harlequin’s Punishment – Legendary Relic Level 10
The original skill
Before looking at what the Relic changes, it helps to remember exactly what this ability already does. Harlequin’s Punishment attacks the enemy with the highest Armor, dealing 49,608 Physical Damage at the values available, and then reduces that enemy’s Armor by 50 percent for 9 seconds. On top of that, Peech increases the Physical Attack or Magic Attack of allies whose Intelligence is higher than the target’s Intelligence. That increase is calculated from 50 percent of the target’s current Armor, and each eligible ally receives the bonus to whichever offensive stat, Physical Attack or Magic Attack, was higher for them at the start of the battle. In short, Peech identifies a high-Armor enemy, damages it, cuts its Armor in half, and then turns that Armor into offensive amplification for her team.
What Level 10 changes
With Legendary Relic Level 10 added, one enemy is no longer enough. Harlequin’s Punishment now affects two enemies, prioritized by descending Armor, so Peech goes after the highest-Armor targets first. This is not simply double targeting, however. The Physical or Magic Attack increase is now applied for every enemy weakened by Harlequin’s Punishment, and those bonuses stack. As a result, Peech can weaken two enemies at once and potentially stack the offensive bonuses generated from both. And this is where the connection to the opening act becomes clear, because Tragic Finale targets enemies weakened by Harlequin’s Punishment, which now means up to two of them.
The Final Act – Legendary Relic Level 20
The original skill
Fittingly, the next ability is called The Final Act. In its original form, it links Peech to the enemy with the highest Physical Attack for 6 seconds, during which that enemy cannot move. Meanwhile, every 0.5 seconds, Peech steals part of that enemy’s Physical Attack, which comes to 14,163 Physical Attack every half second at the tested values. Even after the effect ends or is interrupted, Peech keeps the stolen Physical Attack for another 6 seconds. There is one important catch, though: control effects can interrupt The Final Act, and that is exactly the kind of interaction we will be watching closely once the battles begin.
What Level 20 changes
Just like before, Legendary Relic Level 20 means one enemy is no longer enough. The Final Act now affects two enemies, this time prioritized by descending Physical Attack. So at Level 10 Peech expands Harlequin’s Punishment to two high-Armor enemies, and at Level 20 she expands The Final Act to two enemies chosen by Physical Attack. The deeper the Relic progression goes, the more of the enemy team Peech pulls into the performance.
The Numbers We’re Testing
For quick reference, here are the tested values behind each of these effects:
Keep in mind that these are the numbers at the specific levels being tested, rather than fixed values for every account.
Show Must Go On – Legendary Relic Level 30
When it feels like the performance should be over, Peech disagrees. At Legendary Relic Level 30, the Show Must Go On. From this point, any damage Peech deals to enemies, except Damage over Time, has a 60 percent chance to apply Tragic Finale to that target. Now think all the way back to the beginning, because Tragic Finale was the very first Relic introduced, targeting enemies weakened by Harlequin’s Punishment every 15 seconds, or the center enemy when no weakened targets exist. At Level 30, that same mechanic returns and connects to Peech’s wider damage output through this 60 percent chance.
One limitation matters here. Because Damage over Time itself is excluded, Tragic Finale cannot simply retrigger itself through its own Damage over Time. Still, the rest of Peech’s damage now carries that 60 percent chance of applying it.
Peech’s Relics Analysis: How the Four Relics Connect
With all four Relics in view, the full show finally comes together. Tragic Finale opens the performance as a new source of Physical Damage over Time. Harlequin’s Punishment then expands to two enemies and lets its offensive bonuses stack. The Final Act follows by expanding to two enemies prioritized by Physical Attack. And just when the performance looks finished, Show Must Go On brings Tragic Finale back and gives Peech’s other damage a 60 percent chance to apply it. That loop, running from Level 1 to Level 30 and back again, is exactly what makes this Peech’s Relics Analysis so interesting. These Relics do not just hand Peech more stats; instead, they expand her mechanics, increase the number of enemies she affects, introduce a new source of Damage over Time, and create genuine stacking possibilities.
The Inner Demons Skin Factor
There is one more piece that makes Peech Weekend even more interesting. Peech received her Inner Demons Skin, which grants Critical Hit Chance. As covered in our skin analysis, this becomes especially valuable for Guardians who do not own Peech’s second Talisman, since that Talisman is another source of Critical Hit Chance for her. So when you combine the new skin, Tragic Finale, and Harlequin’s Punishment now weakening two enemies, there are clearly a lot of moving pieces to account for.
What Comes Next
On paper, these Relics look very powerful, and honestly, the design behind them is excellent. That said, we are not going to look at four descriptions and tell you to rush Peech straight to Legendary Relic Level 30, because there is a huge gap between something that reads well on paper and something that consistently changes battles. This video gives you the analysis; next, we make the Relics fight. We will test the levels, the compositions, the synergies, and the weaknesses, and then find both the counters and the teams where Peech truly performs at her best. When Monday arrives and these Relics reach everyone, you should already know whether the show is worth the ticket.
