Roads Unlocked Task Guide | Hero Wars Alliance

Roads Unlocked Task Guide

Welcome to our Roads Unlocked Task Guide for Hero Wars: Alliance, where we break down every task category and set a realistic Free-to-Play target for the event. A new week brings a fresh series of events, and this time the focus shifts back to Heroes after last week’s Titan-heavy lineup. In this guide, we cover all seven task categories, the resources each one demands, and the rewards you can expect if you follow our plan.

This Week’s Event Lineup

Roads Unlocked kicks off the week, but it’s only the first piece of a bigger picture. Next up is Grand Caravan, followed by our complete Bountiful Roads analysis with recommendations on which event shop rewards deserve priority. Meanwhile, the six-day Dominion Bingo event is also running this week. Although it’s separate from Bountiful Roads, the two events overlap in one key area, which we cover in the Tower Chests section below.

On the reward side, this week includes skins for Julius, Sebastian, and Yasmine, along with Mojo’s second Talisman and several additional Talismans in the event shop. We’ll evaluate each of these individually in our upcoming shop guide, so you can decide where your resources will have the greatest impact.

Roads Unlocked Task Guide: Our Free-to-Play Strategy

We’re approaching Roads Unlocked from a Free-to-Play perspective. Of course, players who invest additional resources can push their progression further. Our goal, however, is a practical and efficient strategy that stays accessible to most players.

Roads Unlocked features seven task categories: Log In, Get VIP, Fairy Dust, Expeditions, Tower Chests, Hero Skin Stones, and Hold a Raid. Every category except Get VIP awards event shop coins. In addition, the Bountiful Roads tab includes a separate reward progression based on your total number of completed tasks. We’ll examine that system in detail in our Bountiful Roads review.

Our Target: 200 Completed Tasks

For now, we recommend aiming for 200 completed tasks. In our view, that number is both achievable and worthwhile for Free-to-Play players.

The Julius Exception: 240 Tasks

There’s one important opportunity for players developing Julius, though. Reaching 240 completed tasks unlocks his Super Health Skin, a valuable upgrade for this Hero. To hit that milestone, you’ll need roughly 30 additional tasks beyond our proposed progression. Therefore, think about which objectives best suit your available resources before you commit.

All Seven Roads Unlocked Tasks Explained

In this part of our Roads Unlocked Task Guide, we go through each requirement one by one, along with the daily target we used in our calculations.

Log In and Get VIP

The first two categories are the simplest. For Log In, just enter the game each day throughout the seven-day event to collect your rewards. Since this guide focuses on Free-to-Play progression, we’re assuming no VIP points are acquired, so Get VIP is left out of our numbers.

Fairy Dust

This objective requires spending 10,000 Fairy Dust per day on Titan development. We believe it’s achievable throughout the event, although the requirement is slightly higher than what daily Hydra activities typically provide.

That said, our recommendation is to invest only in Titans that are already part of your development plan. After all, Fairy Dust is a valuable resource, and completing an event objective should never come at the expense of your long-term progression.

Roads Unlocked Task Guide for Hero Wars Alliance

Hero Skin Stones

Hero Skin Stones is one of the more demanding categories. The maximum daily requirement is 12,500 Skin Stones, which is a considerable investment for Free-to-Play players. Instead, our calculations target 6,250 Skin Stones per day. As a result, you still get useful event progression while keeping resource spending manageable.

Tower Chests

Our standard recommendation is to complete your free daily openings without spending additional Emeralds. However, there’s an important connection with Dominion Bingo. Players aiming to complete that event may need to reach 15 Tower Chest openings per day, which requires extra Emeralds. If you’re pursuing both events, that spending also counts toward your Roads Unlocked progression. So, weigh both sets of rewards before deciding whether the additional investment is justified.

Expeditions

This category rewards you for starting Airship Expeditions. For our Free-to-Play calculations, we’re using six Expeditions per day as the benchmark. Also, a big thank you to the community for pointing out that the additional daily Airship Expedition requires VIP 10.

Hold a Raid

Finally, Hold a Raid asks you to defeat 10 Realm boss monsters while acting as the Raid Leader. We recommend completing this category, because the World Energy from regular daily activities should provide enough resources for most active players.

Task Requirements at a Glance

Here’s a quick summary of every category and the Free-to-Play target behind our 200-task plan.

Task Category Requirement Our F2P Target Shop Coins
Log In Enter the game each day All 7 days Yes
Get VIP Acquire VIP points Not included No
Fairy Dust Spend Fairy Dust on Titans 10,000 per day Yes
Hero Skin Stones Up to 12,500 per day 6,250 per day Yes
Tower Chests Open Tower Chests Free daily openings (15 per day if also going for Dominion Bingo) Yes
Expeditions Start Airship Expeditions 6 per day Yes
Hold a Raid Defeat 10 Realm bosses as Raid Leader Complete it Yes

Projected Rewards for 200 Tasks

By reaching 200 completed tasks through efficient resource management and consistent daily activity, here’s what you can expect to collect.

Reward Amount
Spooky Coins 22,950
Adventure Coins 9,100
Season Pass Trophies 480

These are valuable rewards, especially since they come from activities that already contribute to your account’s development.

200 or 240: Which Target Is Right for You?

For most players, 200 completed tasks is the sweet spot. On the other hand, if Julius is a core part of your roster, the 240-task milestone and his Super Health Skin are well worth considering. Ultimately, the right call depends on your account, your available resources, and your development goals.

Up next, we’ll cover Grand Caravan. After that, we’ll bring everything together in our complete Bountiful Roads review, including a detailed look at the event shop and which rewards offer the greatest value. Until then, we hope this Roads Unlocked task guide helps you plan your week.

So, what’s your plan for this event? Are you targeting 200 completed tasks, or going for 240 to unlock Julius’s Super Health Skin? Share your strategy with us on Discord.
