Nebula New Relics Explained | Hero Wars Alliance
Guardians, the wait is over — we finally have the official numbers, so consider this your complete Nebula new Relics explained breakdown. Landing right after her excellent rework, these Relics stack brand-new mechanics on top of an already strong Support kit, and a few of them push into genuinely fresh territory for Hero Wars: Alliance.
The Relics officially arrive on Monday. However, thanks to the CMS team and the developers, our testing squad already has early access — which means we can walk you through every single tier before it goes live.
Power of Balance: The Level 1 Relic Surprise
The surprises begin immediately, because Legendary Relic Level 1 hands Nebula a completely new skill called Power of Balance. Every 12 seconds, she increases the Main Stat of her nearest allies for four seconds, and if nobody is standing close by, she simply buffs herself instead.
Here is why that matters: we are not talking about another Physical Attack or Magic Attack boost. Instead, this touches the Main Stat directly. Plenty of heroes can reduce stats, yet raising an ally’s Main Stat like this is a genuinely new mechanic that can strengthen a hero in several ways at once.
Depending on the hero, more Main Stat can influence offense, defense, Health, and even knock-on interactions tied to Critical Hit Chance or Dodge. As a result, positioning around Nebula suddenly becomes critical, since the buff only reaches nearby allies. Better yet, it is wonderfully flexible — whether your hero is Strength, Agility, or Intelligence, almost everyone has something to gain from extra Main Stat.
Serenity’s Legendary Upgrade: A Full-Team Cleanse (Level 10)
By Legendary Relic Level 10, Serenity gets its glow-up. Normally, Serenity heals Nebula’s two nearest allies and strips their negative effects. With the Legendary upgrade, however, she now heals herself and the entire team while cleansing negative effects from everyone.
That is a massive shift. Rather than babysitting only the heroes beside her, Nebula becomes a mass-cleanse engine — and given how many debuffs flood modern Hero Wars: Alliance battles, that is a serious defensive tool. Think about the pain that Iris, Tempus, Phobos, and other debuff-heavy comps dish out; Nebula can now wipe those effects off the whole roster instead of just two heroes.
It also pairs beautifully with her rework. Remember, Disharmony already boosts the Movement Speed and Skill Recharge Speed of Nebula and the allies behind her by 25 percent for five seconds, while shielding them from Damage Over Time during that window. We tested that protection ourselves and confirmed it is not permanent — it lives and dies with those five seconds. Still, combine that temporary DoT shield with a team-wide cleanse, and Nebula’s defensive package suddenly looks far more complete than before.
Before we dig into the back half of this Nebula new Relics explained rundown, here is a quick look at Nebula in her element:
Equilibrium at Level 20: Double the Offensive Support
Reaching Legendary Relic Level 20, Equilibrium takes its turn. Previously, Nebula’s Support attacks raised the Physical and Magical Attack of a single nearby ally for five seconds. Now, with the Relic upgrade, she buffs her two nearest allies at once — and if only one ally is close, she shares the boost with herself instead.
This is a big deal, because smart positioning can feed two key carries at the same time. On top of that, the buff covers both Physical and Magical Attack, so your two lucky heroes do not have to share a damage type. That opens the door to mixed lineups and to heroes whose kits scale off different Attack stats.
Progress is the obvious starting point. Julius, Judge, and Isaac can throw shields and protection around Nebula while she funnels offensive support back into the team, and Isaac is especially spicy since his skills feed off both Attack types. Then there is Eva — a pairing we have raved about for a while. Nebula can accelerate Eva through Disharmony, cover her against Damage Over Time during that five-second window, and now the Relics layer on even more support to explore.
Deep Meditation: The Level 30 Buff Extender
Finally, Legendary Relic Level 30 delivers what might be the most versatile piece of the entire kit: a second brand-new skill called Deep Meditation. In short, it extends the duration of every buff applied by Nebula and her allies by two seconds, and it also stretches the effects of their first Artifacts by that same two seconds.
Do not shrug off those two seconds, Guardians. Hero Wars battles live and die on timing, so an extra window can squeeze in another attack, another skill, or another crucial interaction. Meanwhile, Artifact Weapons are everywhere — Armor Penetration, Physical Attack, Magic Attack, and countless defensive bonuses are core building blocks. Extending those effects unlocks an enormous web of combinations, and it should make several of Nebula’s own buffs shine even brighter, assuming everything behaves exactly as written. Naturally, that is something we plan to test rather than take on faith.
Nebula New Relics Explained: Full Progression at a Glance
If you want the short version, here is the entire Relic ladder laid out side by side:
Where Does Nebula Fit Now?
Put the whole progression together and Nebula is evolving into something special. Everything in this Nebula new Relics explained rundown points to one truth: this is not just a damage bump. It is utility, offensive support, defensive support, cleansing, positioning, timing, and buff manipulation all rolled into a single Support hero.
Progress is a natural home, sure, but we would caution against locking her into one faction. A Support who can raise Main Stats, boost both Attack types, accelerate allies, shield against Damage Over Time, cleanse the team, and stretch buffs deserves a run in plenty of structures. So that is exactly what our testing team is doing right now — trialing positioning, Progress, Eva, and Physical, Magic, and mixed comps alike, with a special focus on Deep Meditation and the hidden interactions it might unlock.
As always, reading a skill description is only step one. The real verdict comes from throwing these Relics against serious teams — and that is precisely where we are headed next. Stay sharp, Guardians.
