Roads Unlocked Event Explained | Hero Wars Alliance

Roads Unlocked Event Explained

Yesterday we broke down the first event connected to the new Summer Glory Season, and today we’re moving into the second one. If you missed it, the Complete Grand Caravan Guide is worth a read first since both events share currencies. This Roads Unlocked event explained guide breaks down every quest chain so you know exactly what to expect before spending a single Emerald.

Before we get into it, one quick housekeeping note we’ve seen a lot of Guardians asking about: the Outland Chests haven’t disappeared, they’ve simply moved. Open the Hall of Fortune, tap the small chest icon in the top-right corner, choose Outland Chests, select the chest you want, and spend your Emeralds exactly as before.

One piece of advice while we’re on the subject — just because an event asks you to open Outland Chests doesn’t mean you should rush to spend Emeralds immediately. Whenever possible, wait for Outland sales or overlapping events that let you double your value. If you’re spending anyway, make sure two systems are rewarding you instead of one.

What Is the Roads Unlocked Event?

Just like Grand Caravan, Roads Unlocked runs for seven days and contains eight separate quest chains. After going through every one of them, one thing stood out immediately: this event is incredibly accessible. There aren’t any impossible objectives hiding here — most quests simply reward you for playing the game the way you already do every day, and honestly, that’s something worth appreciating.

Roads Unlocked Event Explained quest chain overview

The first objective is exactly what you’d expect: simply log in. Doing so rewards Sigil Coins together with Season Pass Points, letting every single player start progressing immediately without spending a single resource.

Objectives Worth Planning Around

Most of these quests complete themselves as you play normally, but a few genuinely reward a bit of planning.

Price of Power asks you to spend 1,500 Skin Stones — a solid opportunity whether you’re early-game, mid-level, or an endgame Guardian still finishing skins. Timing matters here: consider completing it either today or on Thursday if it lines up with Guild versus Guild, so one investment progresses both systems at once. That kind of overlap is exactly what makes a difference over an entire season.

Titan Summoning is where a little restraint pays off. Try not to open Summoning Spheres purely because Roads Unlocked tells you to — save them for a Summoning Sphere discount, or a moment where another event rewards Titan Sphere openings too. Guild versus Guild often encourages summoning as well, and combining actions like that is where the real value shows up. Opening large numbers of spheres just because one event asked isn’t necessary.

On a Titanic Scale remains easy to complete even if all your Titans are maxed. Simply use the Merchant Shop to exchange Titan Potions for Titan Horns, and the event still counts that progression.

Payback Time ties directly into the new Realm, asking you to defeat 10 Realm Bosses. Nothing excessive here either — over the course of seven days, most Guardians will clear this naturally just by playing their daily Realm activity.

The Big Takeaway

After going through every quest in Roads Unlocked, the pattern is clear: this second event continues right where Grand Caravan left off. The progression feels smooth, the objectives feel familiar, and nobody is being forced into strange or unrealistic requirements. You simply play Hero Wars Alliance the way you normally would, and the event rewards you for it.

Tomorrow we’ll complete the picture with the third and final event in this group, then sit down in the Caravan Hall to answer the biggest question of the season: where should you actually spend your Sigil Coins? There are already a few rewards in that shop worth planning around, especially if you’re building out specific heroes like the ones covered in The Best Crow Teams or countering them with The Best Crow Counter.
