Gear and Glory Event Guide in Hero Wars Alliance
Welcome back, Guardians! This Gear and Glory Event Guide covers the third and final event of this week’s Balance of Power cycle, and it might just be the best one of the bunch. Everything here revolves around Tristan, so if you have already invested in him, you are about to collect a very comfortable pile of rewards.
Gear and Glory runs for the full seven days and contains eight tasks in total. However, two of those objectives are tied directly to how many tasks you complete inside Defiant Edge and Unbroken Bond, so we are saving those two for tomorrow’s calculations. This week involves a huge number of overlapping objectives, and we would rather take our time than hand you numbers that send you in the wrong direction.
That leaves six tasks focused entirely on Tristan. Honestly, that design makes sense for an event built around one specific hero. Newer players get rewarded while genuinely improving their account, and veterans who already have Tristan maxed can simply walk in and collect.
Soaring Might: Level Tristan to 120
The first task asks you to increase Tristan’s level all the way to Level 120. In return, you collect Sigil Coins and Season Pass Points. This one is about as simple as it gets.
For newer players who have not finished leveling Tristan yet, just burn through your EXP Potions and bring him to the maximum level. Meanwhile, if you already sit at Level 120, the rewards should be waiting for you the moment the event opens.
Leading Warrior: Promote Tristan’s Rank
Next up, Leading Warrior requires you to promote Tristan’s rank. Each milestone hands out Sigil Coins and Season Pass Points along the way.
Essentially, the event is compensating you for improving the hero. Anyone who was already planning to build Tristan now receives something extra for pushing that progression during the event window instead of afterward.
Awakened Glyphs: Where Things Get Expensive
After that, we reach Awakened Glyphs, and this is where the event becomes considerably more demanding. The objective is to increase Tristan’s Glyphs all the way to G80.
Now, let’s be realistic. Most players are not sitting on a mountain of Rune Spheres, and even those who are should think very carefully before dumping everything into a single hero.
Our advice has always been the same: build your account with balance and consistency rather than pouring every resource into one character. If you do decide to improve Tristan’s Glyphs, my personal recommendation would be to bring him to roughly G65 and then move on to another important hero. That way your account gets stronger overall, instead of ending up with one shiny hero surrounded by several unfinished ones.
Naturally, the choice belongs to you. Every player has different priorities, different resources, and a different stage of progression. Yes, the task rewards Sigil Coins and Season Pass Points, but completing it fully costs a lot and takes real time. Do not feel forced to shove Tristan to G80 simply because the event asks you to.
Gift of the Elements: An Easy One
Thankfully, the fourth task is much friendlier. You simply need to increase Tristan’s Gift of the Elements, also known as Sparks of Power, all the way to the maximum level.
As you clear the milestones, you once again receive Sigil Coins and Season Pass Points. Should Tristan already be fully developed in this area, there is nothing left to do besides collecting.
Arcane Knowledge: Evolve Tristan’s Artifacts
Then comes Arcane Knowledge, where the goal is to evolve Tristan’s Artifacts by increasing their star levels. This task also rewards Sigil Coins and Season Pass Points.
Obviously, how far you progress depends entirely on the Artifact fragments and Chaos Cores sitting on your account. Still, the event gives something back to players who were already working on Tristan, which is exactly what a hero-focused event should do.
Blacksmith Mastery: Artifacts to Level 100
The final Tristan-specific task is Blacksmith Mastery, which asks you to increase the levels of all three of Tristan’s Artifacts to Level 100. Completing the milestones provides more Sigil Coins and Season Pass Points.
For anyone who already has Tristan fully developed, this entire section becomes almost free. Just enter the event and collect a large chunk of progress without spending anything new.
Gear and Glory Event Guide: Full Reward Totals
So let’s look at what these Tristan tasks actually pay out. Below, we are excluding Awakened Glyphs, since that objective costs far more and takes considerably longer to complete.
Remember, that total of 43,150 Sigil Coins and 815 Season Pass Points does not include the Glyph task, nor the two objectives connected to Defiant Edge and Unbroken Bond. Arcane Knowledge stands out as the biggest single earner among the group, so prioritize it if your Chaos Cores allow.
Why This Is the Best Event of the Week
Frankly, that is very solid progress from simply developing one hero. If your Tristan is already upgraded, it gets even better, because you collect all of those rewards immediately with zero extra investment.
Meanwhile, if you are still building him, at least the event rewards you for genuinely improving your account rather than asking you to throw resources at objectives that leave nothing permanent behind.
That is why, out of the three events we have covered this week, this Gear and Glory Event Guide points to the best-designed event of the cycle. It pays you for increasing the strength of your account. Even though not everyone will clear every milestone, especially that G80 Glyph requirement, the overall structure simply makes more sense.
What Comes Next
Guardians, that completes our breakdown of Gear and Glory. Tomorrow we do the real homework.
Specifically, we will combine Defiant Edge, Unbroken Bond, and Gear and Glory, calculate how many Sigil Coins players can realistically earn, and then finally go shopping inside the Sanctum of Balance Shop. We will take our time with the calculations, check everything carefully, and give you the clearest possible picture before you decide where your coins go.
So, Guardians… prepare your calculators. Tomorrow, we go shopping.
