Nebula Relic Release Guide | Hero Wars Alliance
This Nebula Relic Release Guide breaks down every new Legendary Relic milestone before the full set officially lands in Hero Wars Alliance on Monday. Thanks to early access from the CMS team and the developers, the Olympus Alliance testing team is already pushing these Relics hard, and the early picture is genuinely exciting: Nebula is shaping up to be one of the most complete Support heroes in the game. However, descriptions only tell you what a mechanic is supposed to do, so treat everything below as a first look built from current test values rather than a final verdict.
Inside the Nebula Relic Release Guide
Nebula received an excellent rework this week, and now her Relics are being layered right on top of it. Historically, she was famous for making nearby heroes dramatically more dangerous. The rework then expanded her Support identity, and these Relics take that utility and spread it much further across the whole team. Because of that, this is less a single-hero question and more a team-building one.
There are four Legendary Relic milestones to walk through, so let’s start with the one that caught our attention first.
Power of Balance — Legendary Relic Level 1
At Legendary Relic Level 1, Nebula gains a completely new skill called Power of Balance. Every 12 seconds, she increases the Main Stat of her nearest allies for four seconds. With the values we’re currently looking at, that increase is 5,952 and scales with Nebula’s Physical Attack. If there are no nearby allies, she instead applies the buff to herself, and the skill only affects allies who started the battle alongside her.
This is the part of the Nebula Relic Release Guide we’re taking most seriously, because increasing allied Main Stat looks like a genuinely new mechanic. We’ve seen heroes reduce Main Stats before — Drayne, Dante, and similar effects — but boosting them like this is something else entirely. On top of that, Main Stat isn’t just another number: it’s Strength for a Strength hero, Agility for an Agility hero, and Intelligence for an Intelligence hero. Since Main Stats influence multiple parts of a hero’s performance, Power of Balance can affect far more than one offensive figure.
Positioning has always mattered with Nebula, and this Relic adds one more reason to think carefully about who stands beside her. Four seconds may sound short, but timing is everything in Hero Wars, so the real question is which skills, ultimates, and overlapping buffs actually land inside that window.

Serenity Goes Legendary — Level 10
At Legendary Relic Level 10, Serenity becomes Legendary. The renewed version already gives useful support, restoring Health to Nebula’s two nearest allies and removing negative effects from them (or applying to one ally and Nebula herself when only one is close). The Legendary upgrade, however, expands that reach dramatically: Nebula now heals herself and all allies while cleansing negative effects from the entire team. In other words, a positional heal and cleanse turns into a team-wide one — a clear sign of where these Relics are heading.
Equilibrium Goes Legendary — Level 20
The renewed Equilibrium converts Nebula’s basic attacks into Support mode. Whenever it triggers, she increases both the Physical Attack and Magical Attack of one nearby ally for five seconds. With current test values, that’s roughly 98,000 additional Physical Attack and 154,500 additional Magical Attack, both scaling with Nebula’s Physical Attack. Normally, if only one ally is nearby, she alternates the effect between that hero and herself.
At Legendary Relic Level 20, the mechanic becomes considerably stronger. Instead of buffing a single nearby ally, Nebula now boosts her two nearest allies at the same time (or one ally plus herself when only one is close). As a result, team construction shifts from “who should stand next to Nebula” to “which two heroes do we want receiving these enormous offensive boosts together” — a physical carry, a mage, one of each, or two heroes whose big attacks are about to fire at once.
Deep Meditation — Legendary Relic Level 30
The final milestone introduces another brand-new skill, Deep Meditation, and it could open an entirely different category of interactions. It increases the duration of all buffs applied by Nebula and her allies by two seconds, and it also extends the effects of their first Artifacts by two seconds.
Two seconds may not sound like much across a 120-second battle, but that’s the wrong way to measure it. Remember the windows we’re already working with: Equilibrium runs for five seconds, and Power of Balance for four. These are short, powerful bursts where timing decides whether a major attack lands under a buff or just outside it. Extending them changes that calculation directly.
First Artifact effects are the part that really widens the picture. Artifact Weapon bonuses — Armor Penetration, Magic Penetration, Physical Attack, Magic Attack, Armor, Magic Defense, Critical Hit Chance, and more — are already central to team synergy. If Nebula keeps those effects live for another two seconds, the amount of overlap you can engineer between artifact activations and other buffs grows quickly. That’s exactly where this becomes a team-building question rather than a Nebula-only one.
How It Fits Nebula’s Full Rework
These Relics don’t sit in a vacuum — they stack on a rework that already gave Nebula plenty to work with. Astral Projection provides AoE damage and Energy burn, while Serenity heals and removes negative effects. Disharmony increases the Movement Speed and Skill Recharge Speed of Nebula and the allies behind her by 25 percent for five seconds, and it blocks incoming Damage Over Time during that same window. Worth noting from our testing: that DoT protection is tied to the five-second window, so it isn’t permanent protection against sustained damage. Finally, Equilibrium turns her basic attacks into powerful offensive support.
Layer the Relics on top and the pattern is clear: Level 1 adds Main Stat amplification, Level 10 makes healing and cleansing team-wide, Level 20 doubles the Equilibrium buff targets, and Level 30 starts extending buffs and artifact effects. That’s a lot of Support functionality concentrated into one hero.
Testing Priorities in This Nebula Relic Release Guide
Still, we’re not going to call Nebula broken from reading descriptions alone — especially with a mechanic as new as Power of Balance. Instead, the testing team is working through the questions that actually matter: who benefits most from the Main Stat boost, how positioning changes the outcome, and how often these short windows overlap in a real fight. Beyond that, we’re comparing Physical teams, Magic teams, and mixed structures, trialing different Artifact combinations, and checking which heroes belong beside Nebula versus behind her.
Most importantly, all of it gets pointed at serious defenses, because that’s where numbers turn into real information. Descriptions tell us what a mechanic is meant to do; testing tells us what it’s actually worth. That’s exactly what we’ll bring back — the battles, the interactions, the teams, and hopefully a few surprises. Stay tuned, stay sharp, and as always, salute and friendship.
