Ascendant Glory Spend Guide

Welcome to our Ascendant Glory Spend Guide, where we wrap up the third week of the Ellarite Season and connect everything into one clear picture. A few days ago we covered Rising Legends, the opening event of the week — but that event never stands alone. Its progression links directly into the two events we’re focusing on today: Trial of Legends and Sparks of Glory.

Ultimately, all three funnel toward the same question. How many Ascension Coins are you willing to collect, and more importantly, what should you actually spend them on? Because once you reach the Champions Gallery, some genuinely expensive choices are waiting for you.

How Ascendant Glory Week Fits Together

Before we dig into individual tasks, it helps to see the structure. This Ascendant Glory Spend Guide treats the week as a single connected system rather than three separate events. Rising Legends starts the journey with its daily objectives. Trial of Legends then expands that progression with larger resource investments. Finally, Sparks of Glory sits on top of both, rewarding your progress across the other events while adding its own repeatable objective.

Every layer generates the same currency — Ascension Coins — and that currency is the whole reason to care about how far you push. So instead of grinding blindly, the smart move is to work backwards from what you actually want in the Champions Gallery, then decide how hard to chase it.

Trial of Legends: The Eight Tasks

Trial of Legends is the meatiest event of the week, packing eight separate tasks that range from completely free to eye-wateringly expensive. Here’s the full breakdown before we talk strategy.

Task What It Asks Full Requirement Effort
Day After Day Log in and collect rewards 7 days Free
Generous Soul Real-money purchases Player-dependent Optional
Value Exchange Spend Emeralds 80,000 Emeralds for Aidan’s Blazing Skins Big spend
Fellow in Arms Spend Energy (boosts Guild Activity) 35,000 Energy Moderate
Runic Might Spend Rune Stones & Rune Spheres 750,000 Rune Stones Heavy
Behind the Horizon Complete Expeditions 56 Expeditions Easy–Moderate
Tower Trophy Open Tower Chests 230 Tower Chests Heavy
Heroic Discovery Open Heroic Chests 100 Heroic Chests Moderate–Heavy

The first two tasks are the easy ones. Day After Day simply asks you to log in across the seven days and collect Titan Skin Stones and Ascension Coins — free progression with nothing complicated attached. Generous Soul, meanwhile, is tied entirely to real money, so it comes down to your account, your objectives, and your budget. We can show you what exists, but only you can judge whether it’s worth it.

Things get more interesting with Value Exchange, where you start spending Emeralds. Along the way you’ll pick up Ascension Coins, Season Pass Points, Elemental Spheres, various Soul Stones and plenty of progression materials. The standout reward sits at eighty thousand Emeralds, where you can grab both of Aidan’s Blazing Skins. That’s tempting — however, eighty thousand Emeralds is still eighty thousand Emeralds. Don’t drain them just because a shiny reward waits at the finish line; check your reserves and your goals first.

Fellow in Arms is one we genuinely like, because it makes you spend Energy while simultaneously raising your Guild Activity. Progressing your own account and contributing to your guild at the same time is exactly the kind of double-duty objective worth prioritising. The full ask is thirty-five thousand Energy across seven days — not small, but very achievable if you’ve saved resources and stay active.

Runic Might, on the other hand, needs real caution. You’re burning Rune Stones and Rune Spheres, with the full Rune Stone requirement reaching a massive seven hundred and fifty thousand. That said, there’s a smart angle here: if you’re also working on Guild versus Guild and need those progression points, you can aim the same investment at both goals instead of spending purely for this task. Even so, don’t torch your entire reserve just to tick one box.

Rounding out the event, Behind the Horizon asks for fifty-six Expeditions over the week — absolutely doable if you stay consistent daily. Tower Trophy is where the cost climbs again, demanding two hundred and thirty Tower Chests, which normal free progression won’t cover; pushing all the way means spending Emeralds. And Heroic Discovery closes things out with one hundred Heroic Chests. Both of these come back to the same question we keep repeating: if you already know what you want from the Champions Gallery, the extra spend can be justified. If you don’t need anything from the shop, why spend at all?

Sparks of Glory: Three Simple Tasks

Compared with Trial of Legends, Sparks of Glory is refreshingly simple — just three tasks, and they tie the whole week together.

  • Outland Chests: open ten Outland Chests to progress toward Ascension Coins. Crucially, this objective is repeatable, so you can keep opening chests and keep earning.
  • Rising Legends: as you complete tasks inside Rising Legends, you’re simultaneously progressing Sparks of Glory.
  • Trial of Legends: same philosophy — finishing objectives in Trial of Legends also feeds this event.

That repeatable Outland objective tells you exactly what Sparks of Glory is designed for. If you’re trying to stockpile a large pile of Ascension Coins for something specific, it gives you another lane to push further. But that doesn’t mean everyone should endlessly burn Emeralds on Outland Chests — as always, it comes back to your objective.

The Champions Gallery: Where Your Ascension Coins Go

Now we reach the part that actually decides your strategy. The Champions Gallery holds a range of development resources, but two areas stand out above everything else.

Shop Item Cost Notes
Kendle Skin 90,000 Ascension Coins The regular skin
Kendle Skin+ 300,000 Ascension Coins Premium upgrade over the regular skin
Relic Charts Varies Available for Maya, Kai, Arachne & Dante

The regular Kendle Skin lands at ninety thousand Ascension Coins — and consider this a small sneak peek, since we’ll be analysing the new skins in a separate video. From there, things get dramatically more expensive. Players who want the full package can target the Skin+, and that costs three hundred thousand Ascension Coins. That’s an entirely different tier of investment, and it’s precisely why we keep telling you to study your account before completing every task on autopilot.

Kendle’s Skin or Relic Charts?

Here’s where personal preference enters the conversation. If your target is Kendle’s Skin+ and you’re ready to invest heavily, then Rising Legends, Trial of Legends and that repeatable Sparks of Glory objective suddenly all matter enormously — you’re chasing a very expensive prize and every coin counts.

But maybe you don’t care about the Skin+. Perhaps ninety thousand for the regular skin is plenty, or perhaps you don’t want the skin at all. That’s because the shop offers another option worth serious thought: Relic Charts. With resources available for Maya, Kai, Arachne and Dante, there are some genuinely strong choices here — Dante and Maya both stand out — feeding into one of the most expensive and difficult development systems in the game right now.

For us, that’s the deciding factor. Given the choice between ninety thousand Ascension Coins on a skin that may eventually become more accessible through Outland, or those same coins invested into valuable Relic Charts, the Relic Charts are extremely hard to ignore. That’s our account philosophy, though — it doesn’t automatically make it yours.

Final Word: Your Ascendant Glory Spend Guide Strategy

The core message of this Ascendant Glory Spend Guide is simple: don’t view Rising Legends, Trial of Legends and Sparks of Glory as three isolated events. Look at the entire week, then look at the Champions Gallery, and work backwards. Decide what you actually want — Kendle’s Skin, the three-hundred-thousand-coin Skin+, Relic Charts, or development materials — and only then decide how far it’s worth pushing the events to get there.

Spending Emeralds, Rune Stones, Rune Spheres, Energy and other valuable resources without a clear destination is exactly how those reserves quietly disappear. Set the target first. Then decide the investment. And keep an eye out, because we’ll be taking a proper look at the new skins next, including Kendle, to judge whether they’re truly worth it.
