This Mighty Roots Season Guide covers every event, reward and sale date coming to Hero Wars: Alliance from October 26 to November 22. Along with the new Nature tank Wodryn, the season brings fresh Relics, new skins, Halloween festivities and, best of all, Dominion’s tenth anniversary.
Because so many event quests overlap this season, knowing the calendar ahead of time is the easiest way to avoid spending resources too early. So, below we break down each event group, the rewards worth watching and the dates you’ll want to mark.
Mighty Roots Season Guide: The Full Calendar
Here is the whole season at a glance. Keep in mind that the developers have said event quests and rewards may still change, so treat this as a planning map rather than a final list.

Week 1: Bountiful Roads (October 26 – November 1)
The season opens with the Bountiful Roads event group, and this first week leans heavily on Talismans, Hero development and resource management. Through the event’s Reward Boxes, you’ll earn coins for the Trading Chamber, where Talismans, Yasmine’s Relic Shards and other valuable resources are on offer.
In total, three events make up this group: Roads Unlocked, Grand Caravan and Bountiful Roads.
Roads Unlocked
Rewards here include Metida and Pallant Soul Stones, Rune Spheres, Rune Stones, Metacubes and Realm resource packs. Meanwhile, the quests stick to familiar activities: spending Fairy Dust and Skin Stones, starting Expeditions, opening Tower Chests and defeating bosses as a Raid Leader.
Nothing unusual, but that’s exactly why planning matters. Several of these tasks use resources you may already be saving, so check the requirements before spending anything.
Grand Caravan
This one has a particularly interesting reward pool. You’ll find Eva and Crow Soul Stones, Pallant Fragments, Oya and Mojo Talismans, Ignis’ Biomechanical Skin, Mastery Crystals and plenty of extra resources.
Its quests revolve around Artifact Coins, Emerald spending, Artifact Chests, Arena battles and Realm activities. Therefore, if you’re developing Eva or Crow, Grand Caravan is well worth keeping on your radar.
Bountiful Roads
Finally, Bountiful Roads ties the first two events together. On top of more Soul Stones, it offers several skins: Julius’ Demonic Skin+, Yasmine’s Cybernetic Skin+, Demonic Artemis’ Skin and Sebastian’s Dark Depths Skin. Expect quests involving Talisman rerolls, Realm speedups, Energy spending and progress in the other two events.
The Big Sale (October 29 – November 1)
During the back half of the week, a Big Sale runs with four-times Emerald offers. In addition, Summoning Spheres, Artifact Chests, Elemental Spheres and Heroic Chests each get discounts on their respective dates. If you’re planning purchases, compare those dates with the event quests first, since a little preparation goes a long way.
Halloween in Dominion: Daily Gifts and Bingo
The first week isn’t only about upgrades. From October 26 to November 1, a Halloween Holiday Every Day calendar hands out daily gifts, including Emeralds, Large Skin Stone Chests, Energy and a few surprises.
Alongside it comes a festive Bingo event. Complete quests to unlock cells, then finish rows and columns for extra rewards such as Adventure Coins, Emeralds, Energy, a spooky avatar and frame, and Witch’s Gifts packed with random resources.
We really like seeing side activities like this next to the main events, because they make daily logins even more rewarding. In short, log in every day that week, since a missed calendar reward never feels good.
Balance of Power: Nature Heroes Step Up (November 2 – 7)
Moving into November, the Balance of Power event group returns, and this is where Nature Heroes get serious attention. The event shop features Mushy & Shroom’s Crimson Grove Skin and Skin+, plus Phobos and Dorian Relic Shards, Eva and Crow Soul Stones, and their Artifacts.
With Wodryn arriving and Nature becoming an increasingly interesting faction, Mushy & Shroom’s upgrades could open up some fascinating possibilities. That said, we’ll need to test their actual performance rather than assume how much the changes help.
Defiant Edge
First up, Defiant Edge offers Pallant and Metida Soul Stones, red item fragments, Titan resources, Artifact Chests, Mastery Crystals, Metacubes and Fairy Dust. Its quests cover spending Energy, Skin Stones and Elemental Spheres, as well as Arena battles and other activities.
Unbroken Bond
Next, Unbroken Bond features Jhu’s Demonic Skin and Skin+, Eva and Crow Soul Stones, Rune resources, Artifact materials and Mastery Crystals. To progress, you’ll work through Summoning Spheres, Titan Skin Stones, Emeralds, Tower Chests and Realm troop recruitment.
Gear & Glory
Gear & Glory is probably the event Nature players will watch most closely. Rewards include Mushy & Shroom’s second Talisman, Gloves, Tribal Skin and Cybernetic Skin, along with extra skins for Jorgen and Krista.
That’s quite a haul for one Hero. However, the event is only the beginning, as the real answers will come from seeing how these upgrades play out in battle.
Dominion’s Tenth Anniversary (November 2 – 16)
November also marks ten years of Dominion, and the celebration is packed. From November 2 to 15, another Holiday Every Day calendar delivers daily Emeralds, Skin Stone Chests, Adventure Coins, Energy and Seer’s Orbs, which adds up to two full weeks of anniversary gifts.
Dominion Day: Building the Guild Birthday Cake
From November 8 to 15, Dominion Day arrives, and this time your Guild celebrates together. Completing quests earns Holiday Particles, which help grow a giant shared birthday cake, and the bigger it gets, the more rewards your Guild receives. We love events like this, since they give Guild members another reason to cooperate outside their usual battles.
Two main events power the cake. The first, Dominion Day, focuses on Realm activities such as speedups, troop recruitment, spending troops, Honor Marks and defeating other players’ troops. Grand Feast, on the other hand, asks you to spend Artifact Coins, Relic Shards, Rune Spheres, Skin Stones, Emeralds, Chaos Cores and Energy.
Both reward Holiday Particles and Seer’s Orbs. Meanwhile, the event shop offers Mojo’s Crimson Grove Skin and Skin+, plus Soul Stones and Artifact Fragments for Eva, Crow and Mojo. Also note that November 13 to 15 brings four-times Emerald offers and Outland Chest discounts, so once again, check your event tasks before spending.
Mama Chabba’s Seer’s Game, With No Black Card
From November 8 to 16, Mama Chabba returns with a special anniversary edition of the Seer’s Game. Best of all, there’s no black card this time, so every card gives a reward. Instead of worrying about flipping the wrong one, you can simply enjoy collecting.
Ascendant Glory: Byrna and Crow (November 16 – 22)
The last announced event group shifts focus to Byrna, Crow and several other Hero upgrades. Its shop features Byrna’s Crimson Grove Skin and Skin+ through special offers, along with Phobos and Dorian Relic Fragments, Eva and Crow Artifacts and more.
Rising Legend
To kick things off, Rising Legend includes Crow Soul Stones, Pallant Fragments, Rune Spheres, Artifact resources, Titan materials, Mastery Crystals, Metacubes and Realm resource packs. Quests involve Fairy Dust, Summoning Spheres, Chaos Cores, Hydra battles, Arena participation and Raid Leader activities.
Trial of Legends
Next up, Trial of Legends brings Eva Soul Stones, Pallant and Metida Fragments, Rune resources, Titan materials and other upgrade items. Here, tasks cover Rune Stones, Titan Potions, Emeralds, Activity Points, Heroic Chests and Realm speedups.
Spark of Glory
Spark of Glory rounds out the group with Mojo’s Cybernetic and Lunar Skins, Crow’s Talisman, Helmet and Soul Stones, plus extra resources for Metida, Pallant and Realm development. Clearly, Crow gets a lot of love this season, so if you’re investing in him, pay close attention to how these events fit together. On top of that, Summoning and Elemental Sphere discounts run from November 20 to 22.
